Tegan developed an interest in real estate when she purchased the first of her two investment properties. Her expectations of her own Property Manager formed the basis of how she approaches her role today. Her early retail experience and subsequent time as a Real Estate Receptionist taught her the basics of Property Management and the value of good Customer Service. Tegan says “I always strive to achieve the best results and will go out of my way to ensure client satisfaction”. Tegan was promoted to Property Manager 12 months ago and recently joined our team at Keith Brady Real Estate. She has demonstrated all of the skills required for today’s property management role which incorporates a good knowledge of the legislation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Tegan believes that keeping lines of communication open and honest is the best way to ensure everyone is happy and prides herself on her ability to establish and maintain good relationships with landlords, tenants and trades people.
